Recipe + Video: Marshmallow Fluff

We would liken it to liquid gold ✨ if it wasn't so white, sticky, and not-gold-colored. And with a little toasting action on the top, your inner child will be instantly transported to a campfire in the throes of summer break far from school and homework and looming adult duties. Definitely a simpler time, with a lot more friendship bracelets.

We make all of our "Fluff" in-house in our Bake Room, just down the way from where we churn out our ice creams. 🍦 In this video, our baking gurus Jordan and Shannon walk you through our recipe without any missteps whatsoever. 😉 We put our Marshmallow Fluff on ice cream, in ice cream (see our limited edition flavor Rockier Road below), on pies, sundaes...and sometimes we just enjoy it with a spoon. No need for judgment here, thanks. 

So if you can't make it to one of our scoop shops to get your Fluff-Fix, try making it at home! All you have to do is dust off the kitchen mixer, throw on an apron and prepare to get sticky and delighted. 😋
