Sales Manager

DELIVERABLES


Actively manage existing accounts and daily relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors. Grow existing and new account sales through marketing programs, demos, and sales support. Identify, prospect and actively manage a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities across all channels. Work collaboratively with a growing sales team on prospecting, marketing, and sales initiatives.



REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal person is an energetic, positive-minded communicator, self-motivated and detail-oriented and committed to achieving success.
• This person has a strong desire to build a strong customer base with retail accounts, restaurants and distribution partners.
• This person is someone who's energized and inspired by great stories; who loves sharing the things they love and are passionate about with others, especially where it concerns food. And in particular, ice cream.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
