Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifts & bulk orders?
Our orders team can process your order if you are sending gifts to 10 or more recipients. If you are sending gifts to fewer than 10 recipients, please place your order directly online. 

How do you ship?
Shipping ice cream is a tricky business! We pack our pints in insulated boxes with enough dry ice to keep the ice cream frozen until it arrives on their doorstep. Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend. We currently ship nationwide via UPS Ground or Overnight. At this time, we're not able to ship internationally or to PO Boxes.

When do I need to place my order by?
Large orders require one week of processing time to ensure that our team has everything we need to pack your shipments. We recommend placing your order as early as possible during the holidays to avoid possible delays.

Can I include personalized gift notes in each ice cream pack?
Yes, we can include a gift note which will be printed on the packing slip included in the shipment. Please provide gift notes where indicated on our order form.

Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts on orders meeting certain thresholds. Once you submit your order form, our team will be in touch with a quote that includes applicable discounts.
