Recipe: Ice Cream Cocktails!

Happy Friday! ☀️🙌🏼 We recommend making one of these STAT. Jordan, our head baker, hits a home run once again with these ice cream cocktail recipes that you can kick back and sip on in whichever corner of your house most resembles a tiki bar. 🍹🎉

 

White Russian Affogato

2.5-3 oz Vanilla Bean or Sweet Cream
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
.5 oz cream or half and half
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Scoop ice cream into a rocks glass, pour vodka, Kahlua, and cream over, and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Serve with a spoon. Best enjoyed wearing 80s patterned PJ's and Jelly’s. 🥃

 

 

Aperol Spritz Float

2 oz Eureka Lemon & Marionberries Ice Cream 🍦
6 oz Sparkling Wine of any type 🍾
1/2 oz Aperol 
Orange Twist for garnish (or whatever citrus you have) 🍊

Scoop ice cream into champagne flute, pour champagne and Aperol over it, squeeze citrus twist over drink to release oils before adding it as a garnish. Enjoy! 🥂
