It’s not everyday that alcohol finds its way in your ice cream - but it’s Summer ‘22 and a happy hour is long overdue. That’s why we created three rum-infused flavors inspired by the sips of summer: Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, and Espresso Rumtini & Macadamia Nuts. 

We’re not stopping there - we’ve remixed these flavors into boozy shakes that you can make at  home! Time to indulge in a well-deserved treat that is both refreshing and delicious.

 

Espresso Rumtini Mudslide

1 pint of Espresso Rumtini & Macadamia Nuts

1 oz Kahlua

.5 oz rum

1oz whole milk

Crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies cookies 

1. Blend ice cream, Kahlua, rum, and milk
2. Stir chopped macadamia nuts & crunchy chocolate cookies into the blender with a spoon (don't blend)
3. Drizzle ganache or chocolate sauce on the serving glass
4. Pour shake into glass & top with whipped cream
5. Garnish with your choice of ganache, nuts, cookies, etc

 

Piña Colada

1 pint of Piña Colada ice cream

1.5 oz rum

a squeeze of lime

1 oz whole milk

1. Blend ingredients together 
2. Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, fresh pineapple, and a cherry on top. 

 

Strawberry Daiquiri

1/2 pint Strawberry Daiquiri Sorbet

1 oz rum

3 oz strawberry lemonade 

1. Blend ingredients together 
2. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh strawberries
