Recipe: Holiday Ice Cream Cocktails
The holidays have arrived, and it’s time to break out the (really) good stuff! Our head baker (and in-house mixologist) Jordan - put together not one, not two, but four festive ice cream cocktail recipes that are sure to leave you feeling very merry and bright!
🥃 Spiced Bourbon Egg Nog
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Egg Nog & Snickerdoodle Swirl
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- A splash of whole milk
- And a garnish of fresh grated nutmeg
Directions: Blend together all ingredients, pour in a glass, and enjoy!
🎃 🍹 Pumpkin Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients (For Spiced Butter):
- 1 tbsp room temp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of cloves
- Fresh grated nutmeg
- Pinch of salt.
Other ingredients
- Hot water
- 1 oz of dark spiced rum
- Ice
- Cinnamon stick (garnish)
- Pumpkin Caramel & Candied Pecans
🦌 Reindeer Tracks Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- Hot coffee
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- Reindeer Tracks
- Candy Canes
Directions: Fill a mug about half way with hot coffee. Add bourbon and a scoop of Reindeer Tracks. Garnish with crushed and/or whole candy canes and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- Candy Canes (any size)
- Peppermint Stick
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- 4 oz whole milk
Directions: Crush up candy canes until they become a powder. Dip the lip of a glass into the pint of ice cream to make it sticky. Then dip glasses into the crushed candy canes to garnish. Blend vodka, peppermint schnapps, whole milk, & Peppermint Stick ice cream. Pour the cocktail mixture into glasses and enjoy!
